Escape the Lab

The fire drill bell rang mid-experiment, and in the rush your teacher accidentally locked the supply cabinet — with the door key inside it. The only way out is to prove you know your lab safety rules.

Complete all the stations below. Each one gives you a piece of the exit code. Several stations have more than one round. Enter the full code at the vault to escape.

Before any hands-on activity, you need the right protective gear. Tap the four items you should always wear or do in the lab, then check your locker. Not everything here belongs.

Chemicals that react badly together can never share a shelf. Tap a bottle below, then tap the cabinet it belongs in. All six need to land in the right place.

Here's what got you out:

  • The right gear depends on the task — goggles, apron, closed-toe shoes, and tied-back hair cover most situations.
  • Hazard symbols warn you before you touch anything — corrosive, toxic, flammable, and more each mean something different.
  • In any emergency, alert your teacher first and step back — never try to fix it yourself.
  • Know where the eyewash station, fire blanket, and exits are before an experiment starts, not during one.
  • Chemicals that react badly together are stored apart, even when they aren't in use.
  • P.A.S.S. — Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep — is the order a fire extinguisher is used in, every time.
  • When something feels uncertain — a leftover chemical, an unattended burner — ask before you act.
